"Arena of Death"
IMPORTANT NOTE:
This Delve Event uses 7th Level Characters!
Bring a 7th level character to The Game Keep
or form one on the spot!
In order to participate in this Dungeon Delve Event, you need to create a character for it. The character must be created with the D&D Insider Character Builder and must be printed on the character sheet from that program.
Use the 22-point-buy system for your character's statistics. Anything that is a legal option in the Character Builder is legal for play. The character must be 7th level and can have the following magic items:
In addition, you have 1,800 gold pieces (gp) to spend on additional gear or other magic items.
NOTE: NO BACKGROUNDS or THEMES ALLOWED
You may purchase a maximum of two (2) consumables (potions, one-use magic items, alchemical items, etc.) for your character. Consumables purchased may not be higher than 16th level
ALL Characters will be subject to review!
Here are the rules for play:
Each character will enter the Arena of Death and try to defeat 10 random encounters.
The monster encounter deck has monsters from Level 5 to Level 9.
Players that defeat all 10 encounters will become contenders for the championship game. The champions will then fight each other for the "Grand Champion" and win a cool gift basket of Wizards of the Coast Swag!
Random drawings for all participants!
We will run as many players through the Arena as time allows.
Fast play and quick decision-making are critical to completing the random encounters!
